1. Warranty cases:

    • Products are within the warranty period
    • Products are warranted according to the supplier’s regulations
    • Customers present the warranty when requesting service

    Non-warranty cases:

    • Products that have expired the warranty period stated on the warranty card or lost the warranty card
    • The warranty card does not clearly state the product code and purchase date
    • The product code and warranty card do not match or cannot be determined for any reason
    • Products scratched or damaged due to prolonged use
    • Products are broken, deformed due to collision
    • Customers self-interfere with the product or take it to another place for repair.

    Conditions for exchange or 100% refund:

    • Products found to be defective by the manufacturer upon receipt.
    • The product is not the same as the product that you ordered on our website.

    Note:

    • Customers need to exchange or return the product within 1 business day from the time of receipt.
    • The exchanged or returned product must have intact labels, boxes, and original packaging of the product as when you received it initially.
