1. a) Delivery methods

We use 2 delivery methods:

  1. Customers can purchase products directly from our company’s physical store or retail outlet.
  2. Shipping products to customers.
  3. b) Estimated delivery time frame:

Usually, after receiving an order, we will process it within 24 hours and provide customers with information regarding payment and shipping.

The delivery time is typically between 1-5 days from the date the order is confirmed, or as agreed upon with the customer when placing the order.

However, there may be instances where the delivery time may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Our staff is unable to contact the customer via phone to arrange for delivery.
  • The shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect or difficult to locate.
  • A sudden increase in order volume causes delays in processing orders.
  • Our suppliers are delayed in providing the products to us, or the shipping company is delayed in delivering the products.

Regarding shipping fees, we use external shipping services, so the shipping fees will be calculated based on the fees charged by the shipping companies, depending on the location and weight of the order. We will confirm the specific fee with the customer when we confirm the order.

  1. c) Geographic limitations for delivery

For customers in other provinces who want to purchase products in bulk or for wholesale purposes, we will use the delivery services of other shipping companies, and the fees will be calculated based on the fees charged by the shipping companies or based on the contract agreement between the two parties.

Note: In case of any delays in delivery, we will promptly inform the customer, and they can choose to cancel the order or wait for the products to be delivered.
