1. Customers need to check the condition of the goods, and may exchange or return them at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

    • Goods are not of the correct type, model or as ordered on the website at the time of purchase.
    • Not enough quantity or sets as agreed in the order.
    • The external condition is affected, such as torn packaging, peeling, or broken.

    Customers are responsible for providing relevant documentation to prove the deficiency in order to complete the return/exchange process.

    Policy on notification time and sending products for exchange/return:

    • Notification time for exchange/return: within 48 hours from receipt of the product for cases where the product is missing accessories, gifts or is broken.
    • Time to send products for exchange/return: within 14 days from receipt of the product.

    Location for exchanging/returning products: Customers can bring the product directly to our office/store or send it through the postal service.
